Disclaimer
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We:
- Don't guarantee uninterrupted service

Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for that reason, we do not refund it. If you close your own account while on a paid plan, we do not refund the remainder of the period you paid for.
Intellectual Property
Try Swiss Knife and our tools are our intellectual property. You can't copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission.
Plans and Pricing
Try Swiss Knife is free to use today, with an upgrade plan available for extra services. Every tool works in your browser on the free plan.
Some features — saving to the cloud, syncing across devices, and AI assistance — need an account. The core of every tool works without one.
Paid plans and usage limits are part of the platform, and we may change what a plan includes — the free one included. If we do:
- We'll announce it on the site before it takes effect
- We'll never charge you without asking you to agree first
- You can export your data as a .tsk file on any plan, at any time
Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Paddle.com Market Ltd takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles any tax that applies. When you buy, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply alongside these terms.
Prices and tax
Prices shown include any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you live. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We tell you the price and the period before you subscribe, and Paddle emails you a receipt each time.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel first.
Getting what you paid for
Paid features are switched on for your account as soon as payment goes through. There is nothing to ship and nothing to install.
Who can buy
Anyone can use Try Swiss Knife, at any age. To buy a paid plan you must be able to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian buy it for you.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
